The aim of the GCC Chapter is to expand The RED Foundation's mission and create a more focused, localised, and collaborative environment for real estate data professionals in the Gulf, the establishment of a dedicated chapter is proposed. This chapter will serve as a hub for knowledge exchange, networking, collaborative research, and skill development, directly contributing to the broader objectives of The RED Foundation.

To establish and operate a dynamic and inclusive chapter of The Real Estate Data Foundation in the gulf region covering Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. The goal of the group is to foster discussion, collaboration and sharing of thought leadership across real estate data domains among local professionals and stakeholders.
Connect
Build a strong and diverse local network of real estate data professionals (e.g., occupiers, developers, investors, technology and or service providers).
Grow
Facilitate continuous learning, skill development, and knowledge sharing in real estate data legislation, methodologies, tools, and applications.
Develop
Promote best practices and standards in real estate data collection, governance, analysis, and ethical use, · contributing to the thought leadership and practical application of data within the real estate sector.

Organising and hosting regular chapter events focused on real estate data (e.g., analytics techniques, market trends, AI, PropTech, ESG data).

Facilitating knowledge sharing, discussions, and networking among members through various platforms.

Promoting best practices, ethical considerations, and emerging trends in real estate data.

Collaborating with other local professional bodies, academic institutions, and industry associations within the real estate and data sectors.

Recruiting, onboarding, and engaging new chapter members.

Establishing and maintaining clear communication and reporting lines with the central Real Estate Data Foundation.

Contributing to The RED Foundation's content and research initiatives where opportunities arise.

TIMELINE
Q1 2026
Grow chapter membership to 15 active members within the first 12 months, ensuring a diverse representation across industry roles.
Q4 2026
Host a minimum of 4 impactful chapter events (e.g., workshops, panel discussions, hackathons, guest lectures) in the first 12 months.
2027+
Contribute towards the RED Foundation knowledge base through the development of articles, blogs or other multimedia content focused on locally relevant real estate data topics.
